食用菌栽培废料养分含量分析

Analysis on Nutrient Contents of Cultivation Waste of Edible Mushroom

对 4种食用菌栽培废料的分析结果表明 :食用菌栽培废料自然风干后的吸湿水含量在1 1 .1 1 %～ 1 6.62 % ;pH值为 5 .2 9～ 6.60 ;全氮为 4.9～ 1 1 .0 g/kg ,全磷为 0 .0 4 6～ 0 .0 68g/kg ;全钾为 0 .0 38～ 0 .1 62 g/kg ;有机质含量为 2 36.1～ 762 .4g/kg ;有效氮含量为 32 0～ 5 2 0mg/kg。

Determination on four kinds of cultivation waste of edible mushroom shows that in natural air dry waste of edible mushroom the sopped water content ranged from 11.11%-16.62%, pH 5.29-6.60, contents of total N, P, K and organic matter 4.9-11.0 g/Kg, 0.046- 0.068 , 0.038-0.162 and 236.1-762.4 g/kg, respectively, and content of effective N 320-520 mg/kg.The cultivation waste can be used as organic fertilizer to improve soil.
