摘要
探讨了空心阴极效应 (HollowCathodeEffect)、离子轰击对钛氧化层结构的影响。结果表明 ,离子轰击加强氧的离化、促进渗氧 。
The effect of HCE(Hollow Cathode Effect),the ion bombardment on the structure of the titanium oxidation layer has been investigated.The results indicate that the ion bombardment enhances the ionization of oxygen,promotes the oxygen permeation and facilitates the formation of the oxide of low valence states of Ti.
