In this paper,the influence of quenching medium,austenitizing and tempering temperature on the structure and properties of the wear resistant bainitic nodullar cast iron has been studied through experiments.By applying reasonable heat treatment process the excellent properties have been obtained.The hardness:50~55HRC,the impact toughness a K=8~15J/cm 2,and the impact fatigue life of 80mm mill ball has reached over 20000 times (dropping times of dropping ball experiment).
