Technology Used in Production of Camshaft for Fukang Car in China

介绍了在壳型铸造的基础上,采用无合金化的灰铸铁成分、成型冷铁360°全周激冷凸轮及生产富康轿车凸轮轴的生产技术,生产出的凸轮轴材质性能满足法国标致-雪铁龙公司PSA集团GLA1冷硬铸铁凸轮轴材质技术标准,实现了富康轿车凸轮轴铸件的完全国产化。

The technique for producing camshaft of Fukang car was introduced. According to the technique,camshaft is cast in shell mould,and a kind of unalloyed gray iron and shaped chills for chilling whole(360°)circumference of the cam was adopted.The properties of the camshaft produced in such way has met the technical specifications of the materials for chilled cast iron camshafts(GLA1)of PSA Group under the Peugoet-Citron Company(France),so now all camshafts for Fukang cars has been produced in China.
