Application of CAE/InteCAST Solidification Simulation Technique to Optimize Foundry Method

介绍了铸造商品化软件华铸CAE在优化球铁件铸造工艺中的应用。结果表明,利用铸造CAE技术,可以对不同的工艺方案进行分析、比较及优化,有助于缩短产品试制周期,减少试制损耗,提高企业经济效益和竞争能力。

The application of Huazhu CAE/InteCAST Solidification Simulation Software to optimize foundry method of a nodular iron casting was introduced.The result showed that it is possible,by using CAE Technique,to analyze,compare and optimize different casting methods that it is helpful to shorten trial-production time,reduce trial expenditure,increase economic benefit and competition capacity of the enterprise.
