摘要
逆变焊接电源是焊接电源的主要发展方向之一。介绍了国内外逆变焊接电源的发展现状以及面临的问题 ,并指出应用计算机仿真技术开发焊接逆变电源的必要性。在回顾了计算机仿真技术的发展历程 ,尤其是电力电子仿真技术的现状和特点之后 ,结合其在焊接电源领域的应用情况介绍了常用的几种电路仿真软件及其应用特点。最后 ,对仿真技术在焊接逆变电源中的应用所存在的问题进行了深入分析 ,进而对其发展趋势进行了展望。
The development of inverter welding power source is the inexorable trend of welding power source orientation. This paper introduces the current development of inverter welding power source at home and abroad and the facing difficulties during the research of this aspect, and then points out the necessity of the application of computer simulation. After the review of the development of computer simulation, especially the characteristics and status quo of the electrical and electronic simulation, a summary of its application to welding power source and some simulation soft packages generally used is introduced. In the end, based on the deep analysis of its application to welding power source, this paper forecasts the future development.
