摘要
分析了化工行业动密封环的使用技术条件 ,经试验分析采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺对密封表面进行加工 ,提高了产品的性能和使用寿命 ,保证了生产装置的安全、可靠运行 ,具有极其广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, the service condition of moving sealing ring in chemical industry is analyzed. By the test and analysis of HVOF process used for seal surface, the result shows it can improve the quality and service life of the product, and assure the safety and reliable operation of the production device,and the application prospects is very bright.
