提高马钢港务原料厂混匀系统造堆效率的研究

摘要 针对马钢港务原料厂二期工程中配套混匀系统要高效地满足一场对二炉的最终目标,运用计算机仿真的方法,对提高港务原料厂混匀系统造堆效率进行了研究,得出将一次料场取料机调车速度提至14m/min、增加二个混匀配矿槽、累计排出量控制在1190~1250t/h之间和合理配置一次料场就能满足向大高炉系统供料要求的结论,其造堆效率可比现有系统提高21.87%~26.01%。 Aim at finally goal of sufficing well one-field to two-furnaces of the match system of the secondperiod project of port material factory at Magang, we make a study on improving the efficiency of mixing and pilingsystem using compute imitability system and therefrom draw a conclusion that increasing the velocity of fetch-material-vehicle to 14m/min, adding two hoppers, controlling the rate of discharge at 1190~1250t/h and rationallyarranging one material field can suffice for charging to BF. The piling efficiency can be inoreased by 21.87%~26.01%.
