摘要
根据三钢厂4^#石灰窑的结构特点及石灰煅烧机理，就4^#窑投产以来表现出的不足、窑内组织燃烧形成的煅烧温度与石灰质量的关系等问题进行分析。提出4^#窑优质、高效运行的前提是改烧转炉煤气、进行参数优化调试并制定合理热工制度的观点。
Based on the structure character of the 4~# limekiln in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant and lime calcinationmechanism, the author analyzes in the relation between calcination temperature in kiln and quality of lime and someother problems, since it's put into operation. The author also clarifies his views that use of converter gas,parameter optimization and reasonable thermal system are essential prerequisite for the quality and efficientoperation of 4~# kiln.
