摘要
讨论了X-射线荧光测定阳极铜对样品表面处理的要求,根据样品性质选择合适标样,程序设计过程中研究了基体、谱线干扰及低含量元素分析时谱线背景的扣除等问题,主铜的测定采用目前发射光谱通用的标准归一法,XRF光谱法一次测定二十种元素。实验测定了阳极铜,均能满足分析要求。
The requirement on sample surface treatment when determineing anodized copper with X-rayfluorescence, selection of suitable sample in accordence with the property of sample, research on basic body andline interference during programm design, line-background dedution in analyzing low content elements arediscribed. XRF spectrometer can be used to determine twenty kinds of element at one time. The anodized copper isdetermined in laboratory and the result shows it can meet the requirement of analysis.
