摘要
针对焊缝裂纹类缺陷位置及自身高度进行的超声波定量检测 ,系统分析裂纹类缺陷尺寸的测量不确定度的物理成因、影响因素、主要组成部分及其控制措施等。
The physical cause, effect factor, main component part and control method of the uncertainty of crack like defect measurement were analyzed systematically aiming at quantitatively testing the height of the crack like defect in a weld by ultrasonic technique.
