摘要
介绍了改造后的 75 0mm平整机组的设备组成和张力控制系统 ,特别介绍了平整机增设S辊、入出口各段张力按比例控制后 ,对改善板形、防止裂纹缺陷 ,提高表面光洁度 ,增加产品种类等起到了良好效果。
The equipment configuration and tension control system of the reformed 750mm skin pass mill were introduced.The good effects of improving shape,preventing crack defect,increasing products varieties,etc.,were introduced too after improved the tension control system of skin pass mill.
