直缝焊管开口孔型接触压力研究

根据全息光弹实验结果得出的轧辊接触压力分布规律并利用能量守恒原理和轧压理论,对直缝焊管开口孔型轧辊的接触压力进行了计算,表明理论计算值与实测值比较接近。

Based on the roll kiss pressure distribution law resulting from the holo graphic elastic test and with the law of energy conservation and roll comp acting theory,calculation of the op ening groove roll kiss pressure for t he straight weld-ed pipe is made.The calculated value is rather close to the measured one.
