多不饱和脂肪酸与婴幼儿的健康和疾病 被引量:16

摘要 多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)是细胞膜磷脂的重要构成成分,其中n-6和n-3系列脂肪酸具有重要的生物学意义。细胞内的PUFA或其代谢物在脂肪细胞分化的视网膜及神经系统发育过程中调节着基因表达的转录活性,为大脑和视网膜的正常功能和生长发育所必需,并且与许多先天性、遗传性、代谢性疾病以及行为紊乱性疾病有着密切的关系。目前公认母乳中n-6和n-3系列脂肪酸的比例是最佳的,因此是婴儿最好的膳食必需脂肪酸的来源。在早产儿配方奶中添加与母乳比例相近的PUFA有利于视觉敏锐度和中枢神经系统发育的改善,但足月儿是否应该添加尚有争议。同时PUFA的摄入应考虑n-6和n-3系列的平衡以及与其他营养素的平衡。
