大鼠室周器官的形态学观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的系统观察 5个室周器官的微细结构。方法对 4 0只成年SD大鼠行脑切片 ,分别行硫堇和Tolivia还原银染色 ,以及NADPH d组织化学染色。结果①室周器官微小的体积与其异常丰富的血床形成鲜明的反差 ;② 5个室周器官依体积大小次序为穹隆下器、最后区、正中隆起、连合下器、终板血管器 ;③穹隆下器和终板血管器可能含神经分泌细胞 ;④连合下器具有室管膜下神经细胞层 ;⑤正中隆起具有最密集和最多的伸展细胞 ,一氧化氮合酶均呈阳性 ;⑥在最后区与延髓中央管之间 ,可能有神经纤维联系。 ObjectiveTo investigate the finer structures of five circumventricular organs(CVOs) systematically.MethodsBrain sections of 40 adult SD rats were stained with thionine,reduced silver method of Tolivia,and histochemistry of NADPH d,respectively, and observed. Results①Small sizes of five CVOs made obviously contrast with their very rich vasculatures. ② The size orders of five CVOs from large to small were subfornical organ(SFO),area postrema(AP),median eminence(ME),subcommissural organ(SCO) and organum vasolum lamina terminalis(OVLT). ③SFO and OVLT might contain some neurosecretory cells. ④SCO might have the subependymal neurons. ⑤ME had the densest and most tanycytes,which were NOS positive cells. ⑥Between AP and central canal in medullary oblongata,there might be a neural fiber links.ConclusionCVOs may be important transfering sites of chemical signals in body fluids within the brain.
