直接经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术对急性心肌梗死患者QT离散度的影响

EFFECTS OF PRIMARY PERCUTANEOUS TRANSLUMINAL CORONARY ANGIOPLASTY ON QT DISPERSION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

目的观察直接经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术 (percutaneoustransluminalcoronaryangioplasty ,PTCA)对急性心肌梗死患者QT离散度 (QTdispersion ,QTd)和JT离散度 (JTdispersion ,JTd)的影响。方法以 4 8例急性心肌梗死患者为患者组 ,测定其成功行直接PTCA术前、后QTd和JTd ,同时以 4 8例冠状动脉造影正常者为对照组。结果①患者组直接PTCA术后QTd和JTd显著减小 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组冠状动脉造影术后QTd和JTd与术前比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②与对照组比较 ,患者组直接PTCA术前QTd及JTd显著增大 (P <0 .0 1) ;术后患者组QTd及JTd虽高于对照组 ,但无显著性差异。结论直接PTCA能改善急性心肌梗死患者心肌血流再灌注 ,逆转心肌缺血 ,缩小QTd及JTd。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of primary percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) on QT dispersion(QTd) and JT dispersion (JTd) in patients with acute myocardial infarction. MethodsQTd and JTd in 48 cases of acute myocardial infarction before and after successful primary PTCA were measured and compared with those of 48 normal controls.Results① QTd and JTd in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly reduced after primary PTCA(P< 0.01 ),but these two paramaters did not show significant difference in controls before and after angioplasty. ② Compared with the controls, QTd and JTd in patients with acute myocardial infarction before primary PTCA were significantly increased (P< 0.01 ),but were no significant difference after primary PTCA. ConclusionPrimary PTCA could improved reperfusion, reversed ischemic and reduced QTd and JTd of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
