紫杉醇抗涎腺腺样囊性癌远处转移的实验研究

An experimental study of taxol on the metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma

目的 观察紫杉醇对涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞远处转移的作用及其对转移灶肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法 用ACC -M裸鼠肺转移模型观察紫杉醇体内抗转移效果 ,原位杂交法检测转移灶肿瘤细胞凋亡。结果 对照组与紫杉醇治疗组相比 ,二者之间转移率 (90 %和 4 0 % )及瘤结节数均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对照组与治疗组凋亡指数分别为 6 .0 3± 3.36与 2 5 .4 7± 4 .78,二者对比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 紫杉醇对涎腺腺样囊性癌肺转移有较好的抑制效果 ,诱导凋亡可能是其抗ACC -M裸鼠肺转移的作用机制之一。

Objective To study the effect of taxol on experimental metastasis of ACC-M and its influence on apoptosis of lung metastases.Methods The antimetastasis effect of taxol was studied in vivo experiments using nude mice model of pulmonary metastasis with ACC-M cell line.Results The pulmonary metastasis rate of the control and treated groups was 90.0 % and 20.0 % respectively (P< 0.05 ),and the number of metastases was significantly reduced in treated group and the AI of treated group was higher than that of control group(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Taxol has a strong antimetastasis effect on ACC-M,inducing apoptosis may be one of the mechanisms of taxol on the metastasis of ACC-M.
