不同创伤程度对大鼠骨锌含量影响的实验研究

Effects of different kinds of trauma on bone zinc concentration

目的 通过对两组不同创伤程度大鼠骨锌含量的测定 ,来分析影响骨锌含量变化的有关因素。方法选用 2 8只Wistar大鼠 ,首先形成两组不同程度的创伤模型 ,即骨折组 (包括软组织创伤 )和未骨折组 (只有软组织创伤 ) ,分别测定其术前及术后 1,3,7天下颌骨和颅骨中的骨锌含量。结果 创伤后两组下颌骨中锌含量均明显升高 ,与术前相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,颅骨中锌含量在术后 1天稍有下降 ,随后也迅速升高 ,并超过术前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但下颌骨中锌含量升高幅度超过颅骨。两组各时期骨锌含量升高均以骨折组明显。结论 创伤可引起骨锌含量的升高 。

Objective To determine the bone zine concentration after two kinds of trauma.Methods 28 Wistar rats were divided into two groups:fraetured and unfraetured.Then the bone zinc concentration in mandible and in skell was determined before and 1,3,7 days after operation respectively.Results Bone zinc concentration in mandible increased significantly(P< 0.05 ).At the same time,bone zinc concentration in skell decreased in the first day after operation,but then also increased significantly(P< 0.05 ).During the whole experiment,bone zinc concentration in mandible was higher than that in skell all the time.Conclusion Bone zinc concentration increases after different kinds of trauma and the level is related to the degree of trauma and the distance from the trauma site.
