摘要
目的 应用数字化面部软组织三维重建和测量系统对安氏Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者颌面部进行测量和对比分析 ,探讨两者面部软组织三维结构的特征性和差异性。方法 选择 2 0例安氏Ⅰ类和 2 0例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者 ,分别进行面部三维结构的测量与分析 ;分别进行了 14项角度测量、13项线距测量和 5项比率测量并进行了统计学计算和分析。结果 与Ⅰ类错牙合相比 ,在线距方面 ,Ⅱ类错牙合的面下部深度较小而下唇突度较大 ;在角度方面 ,Ⅱ类错牙合在矢状方向具有较大的突度 ,且下颌更加具有向后下旋转的趋势 ;在比率方面 ,Ⅱ类错牙合的后面高 /前面高较小 ,也反映出下颌向后下旋转。结论 Ⅰ类错牙合和Ⅱ类错牙合在颌面部软组织的三维结构上具有差异性 ,Ⅱ类错牙合畸形具有较大的面部凸度 ,后面高相对于前面高较小 ,反映出下颌骨向后下旋转的机制。
Objective To do three dimensional facial soft tissue morphometry and analysis of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ malocclusion in order to evaluate the characteristics and differences of the two facial patterns.Methods 20 class Ⅰ and 20 class Ⅱ malocclusion subjects were selected for the study.A digital three dimensional facial reconstruction and measuring system was used to conduct three dimensional facial morphometry.22 landmarks,14 liner,13 angle and 5 proportional measurements were selected and analyzed statistically.Results The facial pattern of class Ⅱ malocclusion was different from class Ⅰ malocclusion,which showed more protrusion and tendency of backward and downward mandible rotation.Conclusion It is suggested that there exist differences on the three dimensional facial pattern between class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ patients.There is more facial protrusion and higher posterior facial height that shows backward and downward mandibular rotation mechanism in class Ⅱ malocclusions.
