摘要
目的 寻求对口呼吸所致安Ⅱ1错牙合畸形更有效的矫治方法。方法 对 13例替牙早期口呼吸所致安Ⅱ1错牙合患者 ,用保持咬合型Bionator矫治器治疗 ,作治疗前后X线头影测量对比分析 ,并进行统计学检验。结果 SNB、S -Go、S -Go/N -Me、Cm -Sn -UL和上唇倾角、下唇倾角及颏唇沟角等测量值明显大于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1) ,而Y轴角、ANB、S -Ar-Go、SN -MP、U6 -PP及L6 -MP均明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。SN -PP、N -Me、U1-PP及L1-MP等则无明显变化。结论 保持咬合型Bionator矫治器在改变上下颌位置关系的同时 ,通过牙合垫对后牙槽的压低作用 ,以控制垂直向生长 ,使下颌前旋 。
Objective To search for more effective orthodontic methods for the treatment of Angles Ⅱ 1 malocclusion caused by mouth breathing.Methods 13 patients of mixed-dentition with Angles Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were treated by occlusion-retaining Bionator,and the structure changes pretreatment and post-treatment were measured and analysed.Results The values of SNB,S-Go,S-Go/N-Me,Cm-Sn-UL angle of inclination of upper lip and angle of inclination of lower lip post-treatment were bigger than that of pretreatment (P< 0.01 ).But the Y-axis,ANB,S-Ar-Go,SN-MP,U6-PP,L6-MP were significantly lower than pre-treatment.There were no changes on SN-PP,N-Me,U1-PP and L1-MP.Conclusion Bionator can change the relations of the maxilla and mandible.At the same time,the bite block can lower the molar teeth which inhibites the growth of the posterior mandible and rotates the mandible forward to improve the profile.
