下颌骨骨质丧失与骨质疏松症关系的X线分析

The X-ray analyses of the relation between mandibular bone losing and osteoporosis

目的 探讨骨质疏松症在下颌骨的表现。方法 选择骨质疏松症和骨密度正常者的曲面断层片各5 0例 ,采用下颌骨形态分级进行分析。结果 骨质疏松症与牙槽骨骨小梁、下颌管管壁和下颌骨下缘骨皮质吸收之间明显相关 ,与牙槽骨高度无相关性。结论 全身骨质疏松患者 。

Objective To investigate the osteoporosis in the mandible.Methods Panoramic radiographs were taken of 50 normal subjects and 50 cases of osteoporosis and the mandiblar form was analysed.Results The changes of bone trabecula,inferior margin and canal of mandible were present in osteoporosis,but the height of alveolar bone remained the same as the contral.Conclusion Osteoporosis patients show mandibular changes.
