链霉素对板机点作用的临床观察

Clinical observation of local injection of streptomycin to trigger zone

目的 观察链霉素局部注射于板机点和神经分支的临床疗效。方法 选择经口服药物治疗仍处于发作期的 6 0例三叉神经痛患者 ,分别行链霉素板机点及周围支注射。结果 板机点注射早期疗效优于周围支。结论 链霉素治疗三叉神经痛的机制 ,可能是通过破坏髓鞘和轴索 ,抑制产生异位冲动 ,板机点注射作用于神经末梢 ,浓度高 ,针对性强 。

Objective To observe the effect of local injection of streptomycin to trigger zone and trigeminal nerve branches.Methods 60 patients who had failed to recpond to medicine treatment were included.Local injection of strepotomgcin was conducted to the trigger zone and the branches respectively.Results and Conclusion The effecacy of trigger zone injection is better than that of branches injeclion.
