摘要
氮肥和缩节胺配合对 Bt棉的棉铃发育影响表明 ,提高 Bt棉的中部外围和上部铃重可促进整株铃重增加 ,进一步提高产量。其生理机制表现为各部位棉铃对位叶叶绿素、Ru BPase和 ATP含量提高 ,棉铃中 IAA含量增加 ,蔗糖转化酶活性以及纤维素合成能力增强 ,子棉积累量增多。即整株源库活性的协调 。
By studying on the combinative effect of the nitrogen fertilizer and DPC on the boll development of Bt cotton, the results showed that the boll weight enhancement of the exterior round in the middle part and upper part made the boll weight raise at an overall level, the yield further increased. The physiological mechanism were that the increase of Chlorophyll, RuBPase and ATP contents in the opposite leaf of the boll of different parts. The IAA content raised, the activity of Sucrase and the synthesis of the cellulose enhanced, the accumulation of seed cotton increased. The coordination of source sink at overall level was the vital cause of the boll weight enhancement.
