摘要
以三种检测方法对兔抗 NDV- Ig G的最适作用浓度进行了测定。结果表明 :在琼脂扩散试验 ( AGP)中兔抗 NDV- Ig G的最适作用浓度为 1 45 0 .0 ug/ml,在免疫荧光抗体试验 ( IFA)为 72 .5 ug/ml,在酶联免疫吸附试验 ( ELISA)中为 1 62 .
The best working concentration of lgG-NDV is determined by AGP?IFA and ELISA. The results showed that the best working concentration of antibody is 1450.0 ug/ml in AGP, 72.5 ug/ml in IFA and 162.4 ug/ml in ELISA respectively.
