测算农机化贡献率在实践上为决策部门指导和推进农机化工作提供了科学理论依据 ,对中央、地方各级政府全面指导农机化工作 ,对职能部门更好地发挥农机化管理、监督、指导、服务作用 ,推进农业机械化事业的全面健康发展 ,均有重要的意义。

Calculation of mechanization contribution rate in agriculture offered the scientific basis for decision making department to instruct and promote works of mechanization in agriculture on pratice.It also has very important meaning for central and local govemments comprehensively to direct the work of mechanization in agriculture,to use their functions of management,supervision,instruction and service much better,to promote the full,healthy development of mechanization in agriculture.This paper established the real model and steps of calculating the contribution rate of mechanization in agriculture with Solow Complementary Method.
