摘要
采用Griffing双列杂交设计模式对花生主要脂肪酸组分进行Hayman遗传分析。结果表明 ,O/L比值及油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸含量等性状均适合“加性—显性”模型 ,以加性效应为主并表现部分显性遗传。亲本各性状的显、隐性基因频率 ,正负效应基因比例 ,显、隐性基因的方向均不同。O/L比值、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、山嵛酸的遗传力较高 ,早代即可进行严格选择。鲁花 10号和辐 870 7含有较多控制O/L比值及油酸含量的隐性增效基因 ,强盗花生和ICG6 84 8含有较多控制亚油酸含量的显性增效基因 。
Major fatty acid composition of groundnut were analysed by Hayman's diallel genetic model with Griffing's diallel crossing system Ⅱ of eight parents. The results indicated that O/L ratios and content of oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and behenic acid conformed to 'additive-dominant' model. They all had very important additive effect and expressed incomplete dominance. The frequencies and directions of dominant and recessive genes, the ratios of positive and negtive genes and the heritability of various traits were obviously different within researched parents. Luhua No.10 and Fu 8707 were considered to be better parents for the higher O/L ratios breeding, ICG6848 and Qiangdao huasheng were considered to be better parents for the higher linoleic acid breeding.
