大豆种质资源的分类鉴定研究

Studies on properties in population of soybean germplasm resources

将 10 4份来自于国内外的大豆品种 ,于 1998～ 1999年在河北省保定生态条件下种植 ,以田间调查记载和室内考种分析所得到的 14个性状为参数 ,对该大豆品种资源群体进行了分类鉴定研究。结果表明 ,该群体在主要产量性状上具有较为丰富的变异潜力 ,但在生育期和蛋白质含量方面变异程度较小。生育期、植株、产量、品质、抗病虫性状的分类鉴定结果表明 。

One hundred and four soybean varieties from China, Japan and the United States were studied under the environment of Baoding, Hebei province. According to the variability analyses based upon fourteen traits of these materials, the characterization of the population revealed that a greater potential of variability existed in yield characters but lower in growing period and seed protein content. Grouping research on characters of maturity, plant growth, yield, seed quality and resistance to diseases and insects shown that different kinds of varieties or strains were possessing their own characteristics. Such understanding on properties of this population could provide a reference for selecting parental or experimental materials in breeding and genetic studies in soybean.
