低豆腥味大豆新品种中黄18的选育及配套栽培技术 被引量:5

摘要 大豆新品种中黄 18(原名中作 95 - 888)是中国农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所利用高产、抗花叶病毒病 (SMV)、适应性强的中品 6 6 1作母本 ,美国引进的优良品种Century近等基因系、脂肪氧化酶 (Lipoxygenase ,简称Lox)缺失的优质材料Century -lx2lx2作父本进行有性杂交 ,采用等电聚焦聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (IEF -PAGE)技术 ,对杂种后代脂肪氧化酶 (Lox)进行缺失检测及多年辅助选择育成。该品种于 2 0 0 1年通过北京市农作物品种审定委员会审定 ,其突出特点为早熟、矮秆、高产、稳产、优质 (Lox - 2 )、抗病、综合性状优异。同时对中黄 A new soybean variety Zhonghuang No.18 (originally name as Zhongzuo 95-888) was developed by Institute of Crop Breeding and Cultivation, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences through years of biochemical marker assistant selection for lipoxygenase-deficiency by means of isoelectric focusing-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (IEF-PAGE) in the hybrid progenies of 'Zhongpin 661' (Female parent)-a high-yielding, mosaic virus resistant and wide adaptable variety and 'Century lx2lx2' (Male parent)-a lipoxygenase-deficient near isogene line of an elite American variety 'Century'. This variety was subjected to Beijing regional trial for summer-sowing soybean during 1998~2000, and to Beijing demonstration test during 1999~2000. In 2001, it was passed the examination and approval by the Beijing Committee of Crop Variety Examination and Approval because of its outstanding characteristics such as early-mature, dwarf, high and stable yielding, good quality, disease resistant and good general character. In this paper, the development process and cultivation of Zhonghuang No.18 were described.
