摘要
以甘蓝型低芥酸油菜自交不亲和系 184和黄籽双低常规油菜品系 878- 8- 1、737、32 31、4 0 8等为材料 ,经过 5年 8代连续定向培育 ,育成了黄籽高油分双低自交不亲和系SI975 0 0 2、SI975 113、SI975 2 18和SI975 2 30等 ,具有自交不亲和性基本稳定、黄籽率 90 %以上、芥酸 <1%、硫甙 <2 5 .0 μmol/g、含油量 4 4 %左右等特点 。
The four self-incompatible lines, SI975002, SI975113, SI975218, and SI975320, with yellow seeds and double-low were bred from SI184 line crossed with 878-8-1, 737, 3231, and 408 through 8 generations. These self-incompatible lines were stable, their yellow seeds frequency was >90%, the content of erucic acid and glucosinolate were <1% and <25μmol/g respectively, the fat content was 44%. These self-incompatible lines used for breeding of hybrid rapeseed.
