摘要
以电镜和立体学测量相结合的方法,观察了氰戊菊酯与甲苯对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(PMφ)联合毒性的形态学变化。结果发现,二化合物在对PMφ的微丝、微管、线粒体、溶酶体和PMφ整体形态的超微结构毒性上均存在一定拮抗作用。
By combining electron microscope technic with stereometry, the joint toxicity of Fenvalerate (Fen) and Toluene ( Tol) on pulmonary alveolar macrophage ultrastructure was studied. The re-salts showed that there was a significant antagonism between Fen and Tol on the toxicity to microfi-laments, microtubules, mitochondria, lysosome and so on of Pulmonary alveolar macrophages.
