核因子-κB与急性肺损伤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 核因子(NF)-κB活化不仅促进单核巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞(PMN)表达多种促炎性细因子和粘附分子等,还可能延缓PMN的凋亡,因而与急性肺损伤的关系密切。抑制NF-κB活化可能为ALI的治疗提供了一条新的途径。
