一氧化氮对核因子-κB的反馈调节作用 被引量:5

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)的合成受转录因子核因子-κB(NF-κB)调控的同时,对NF-κB的活性具有反馈调节作用,主要表现为稳定IκBα而抑制NF-κB的DNA结合活性,从而减少下游靶基因的表达,发挥抗炎作用。但亦有NO对NF-κB发挥正反馈激活作用的报道,表现出NO在细胞内信息调控作用中的复杂性。深入探讨NO-NF-κB信息通路在疾病发生中的意义对于明确发病机制和探索新的治疗途径具有重要意义。
