有机锡T-175的毒性研究 被引量:1

摘要 二丁基锡化合物广泛用作聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料的稳定剂。二烷基锡主要损害肝胆系统,並对神经系统亦有不良影响。有机锡T-175的化学组成为含硫醇的二丁基锡,美国已允许用有机锡T-175作稳定剂生产PVC上水管道。我国有关部门拟将有机锡T-175用于供水系统,但缺乏详细毒性资料。为此,我们对有机锡T-175的毒性进的了研究,结果报道如下。
