摘要
谷尘萃取物体外染毒腹腔巨噬细胞,以巨噬细胞存活率和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的释出为指标,来评价谷尘的细胞毒性。发现谷尘的细胞毒性呈浓度—效应关系。在低、中浓度时,巨噬细胞产生分泌白细胞介素1(IL-1)的能力逐渐升高,而高浓度时反而下降,在一定浓度范围内,谷尘萃取物染毒浓度与巨噬细胞分泌(IL-1)的能力呈正相关。
Peritoneal macrophages obtained from mice were exposed to grain dust extract. Indicators of cytotoxicity included cell viability and the release of cytoplasmic enzyme LDH and lysosomal enzyme ACP. The cytotoxicity of grain dust extract showed a concentration-effect relationship. At the low and middle concentration of grain dust extract, the function which macrophages produce and secrete IL-1 increased gradually, but decreased at high concentration. There showed positive correlation between the concentration of grain dust extract and the function of IL-1 produced and secreted in the range of dust extract concentration.
