按照《中国科学院"十五"信息化发展规划》的总体目标,推进中国科学院政务工作的信息化,北京中科软大技术有限公司受中国科学院的委托,根据自行开发研制的红星电子政务综合处理平台,为中国科学院设计了中国科学院电子政务系统解决方案。

The official documents' circulating of transregion and transplatform will be achieved between two levels in Academy and Institutes to ensure the security of the internal and ex- ternal interactive processing and database.Meanwhile,based on the workflow and system mainte- nance of parts will add much lster to the system.It's just using in the stage of implementation at present.
