This paper introduces the development and application process of SEPCO-OA.It also discusses the functions and technical features of SEPCO-OA.SEPCO is a first-class manage- ment power enterprise.OA has been used more than ten years in SEPCO.From 1997,SEPCO used Lotus Notes as the main OA platform.The new version of SEPCO-OA is version3.0.SEP- CO-OA was developed by Shandong Luneng Information & Communication Co.,Ltd.(LNIC).
