前列腺动脉与输尿管关系的应用解剖研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究前列腺动脉与输尿管的解剖关系。方法 在29例成人尸体上观察测量前列腺动脉的走行、前列腺动脉与输尿管的位置关系等。结果 输尿管与输精管交叉至前列腺动脉的最近距离为(6.19±0.53)mm,输尿管与输精管交叉至膀胱前列腺沟的垂直距离为(39.95±1.12)mm,输尿管穿膀胱处至前列腺动脉的最近距离为(9.35±0.56)mm,输尿管穿膀胱处至前列腺沟的最近距离为(19.99±0.98)mm,前列腺动脉主干分支点至前列腺沟的垂直距离为(21.04±1.39)mm。结论 在膀胱前列腺沟上方20mm~30mm距离结扎前列腺动脉易造成输尿管损伤且仅能结扎77.6%动脉主干,结扎的最佳位置应选择前列腺沟上方30mm~40mm处。 Objective To study the anatomic relationship between prastatic artery and ureter. Method The route of prostatic artery and the relative relationship between prostatic artery and ureter were observed and measured in 29 adult cadavers.Result The shortest distance between prostatic artery and the cross- point of ureter and deferens was 6.19 ±0. 53mm, vertical distance between prostate - bladder groove and the cross point was 39. 95±1.12mm, the shortest distance beteecn prostatic artery and the junction of ureter and bladder was 9.35± 0.56mm,vertical distance be-tween prostatic groove and the junction was 19.99±0. 98mm,the vertical distance between the prostatic groove and the furcation point was 21.04 ±1 .39mm.Conclusions Ligation of prostatic artery at 20-30mm above the prostate bladder groove tends to cause damage of ureter. More only 71.6% of the artery trunk can be iigated in such operation. The position of ligation should be located at 30-40mm above the prostate bladder groove.
