摘要
以2050热轧厂板带轧后的冷却过程为背景,对所建立的一套层流冷却过程的仿真系统的研究工作作了介绍。该项工作不仅建立了冷却过程的动态仿真模型,显示板带断面的温降过程,而且对板带轧后在输出辊道上的运行状况进行了全面的仿真,提供了层冷过程的输入变量、输出卷温、控制阀门数以及控制参数的各个显示窗口及画面。此软件包具有直观、形象、使用快捷、方便的特点,并为现场人员研究开发新产品提供了实验的软环境。
This article introduces a strip laminar cooling process simulation software package for an existing hot strip mill. This software not only builds a dynamic simulation model for the cooling process but also display temperature drop of strip section. And the simulation of strip dynamic moving process on the roll after rolling is realized in the software. What抯 more input variables, output variables, control valves and control parameters are all displayed on the computer interface. Visualization and convenient use are the main characteristics of the software. It provides an experiment tool for hot mill staff to research and develop new products.
