334例小儿血清七种微量元素的测定与分析

摘要 1988年12月至1989年1月对济南市334名6个月~6岁小儿进行了血清Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Cr、Cd、Ni七种微量元素的测定。所采标本为晨空腹血。结果表明,334例血清Mg、Cr、Cd、Ni四种微量元素均在正常范围,6个月~6岁低Zn患病率为36%,低Fe患病率为24%,低Cu患病率为7%。年龄愈小,患病率愈高。经本调查可见,影响患病的因素有疾病、喂养方式、添加辅食种类等。微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu的缺乏对小儿食欲、免疫力、生长发育等都有不良影响。缺Zn、Fe的小儿佝偻病的患病率也高于正常儿。并发现有些小儿缺Fe的同时伴有缺Zn和缺Cu。缺Fe与缺Zn、缺Cu之间的相互关系值得进一步研究。 Trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg, Cr, Cd and Ni in Serum were assayed in fasting blood of 334 children ranging from 6 months to 6 years in Jinan City from Dec. 1988 to Jan. 1989. As the result, serum Mg,Cr, Cd,and Ni of all 334 cases are in the normal range. The prevalance of zinc deficiency is 36%, iron deficiency 24% and coppor deficiency 7 %. The younger the age, the higher the prevalence. Factors that influence the prevalences are diseases, feeding modes, sorts of auxillary foods, etc. Deficiency of Zn, Fe,and Cu have adverse effects on the appetite, immunity,growth and development of children. Prevalence of rickets in zinc or iron deficiency cases is higher than that in normal. Many children with iron deficiency are complicated with zinc or coppor deficiency. The relationship between iron deficiency and zinc or coppor deficiency is worth studying.
