摘要
介绍了 p型异质外延金刚石膜磁阻效应和压阻效应的特性及应用展望 ,阐述了目前理论和实验的研究状况 ,提出了今后有待进一步研究的问题。
In this paper, the characteristics and possible applications of the magnetoresistive and piezoresistive effect in p-type heteroepitaxial diamond films were summarized. The resent development of experiment and theory is reviewed. Some problems to be addressed in future research were outlined.
