摘要
气敏材料的动态测试方法可以大大提高气敏传感器的选择性 ,这一技术有较高的应用价值。在动态测试方法的研究基础上 ,本文采用傅里叶变换技术处理动态测试谱 ,可以更明确地区分气体种类 ,同时有利于计算机智能识别。同时 ,从固体材料物理的角度建立动态测试模型 。
The selectivity of gas sensors can be greatly improved by dynamic measurements. In this paper Fast fourier transform (FFT) was used to process testing datas and distinguish gases. FFT is propitious to computer smart recognize technology. Also dynamic measurements model was established based on solidstate physics and sensitivity mechanism was discussed.
