摘要
自行设计制造专用机床是降低生产成本的有效方法。本文介绍了 LF—H0 1 9液压系统的设计和计算过程 ,由负载分析画出液压缸的负载图和速度图 ,进一步确定液压缸的参数 ,从而设计液压系统图 ,选择液压元件 ,并对液压系统的主要性能进行了估算。
Self designing and manufacturing special purpose machine tool is one of the effective ways to lower down production cost. This paper introduces the process of design and calculation for LF H019 hydraulic system. Drawings for load and speed of the hydraulic cylinder are made through load analysis drawing. The parameters for the cylinder are further determined. Therefore, the hydraulic system diagram is designed, elements are selected and the main performances of the hydraulic system are estimated.
