摘要
信号处理与分析软件是微全分析系统的重要组成部分 ,也是生物信息学研究的一个重要领域。本文介绍了适用于微通道电泳芯片系统的DNA测序软件的总体流程 ,重点描述了其中的信号处理与识别算法。算法以激光诱导荧光检测系统所采集到的原始数据为源信号 ,以小波平滑和小波去噪为理论基础 ,将滤波算法和峰值识别算法综合在一起进行设计 ,从而使其适用于检测速度更快、样品量更少的微通道电泳芯片系统。将本算法应用于DNA片段的分离实验中 ,可以有效地达到滤波以及信号识别的目的。
The software for signal process and data analysis is an important part of micro total analysis systems (μTAS) and is also an essential area of bio-informatics. In this paper, the total circuit of the software for DNA array test suitable for micro-channel electrophoresis chip system is introduced and the algorithm for signal processing and identification used in it is stressed. The algorithm takes the original data collected by the laser induced fluorescence detection system as the source signal and takes the wavelet smooth and wavelet noise removal as the theoretical basis. It is designed by synthesizing the filter algorithm and peak identification so as to enable it to apply to the micro-channel electrophoresis chip system which speed of detection is faster and quantity of samples is less. Used in the separation experiment of DNA segments, the algorithm is proved to be available and effective.
