变光源相移投影莫尔3维轮廓测量方法和系统

摘要 利用计算机实时控制变光源相移技术 ,设计出一种新的投影莫尔3维轮廓投影成像测试系统 ,使系统的测试速度大幅度提高。采用垂直投影和双 CCD倾斜成像机构 ,消除了反光和阴影 ,光强照明均匀 ,测量面积可达35 0 mm× 35 0 mm,系统测量精度达到 40 μm。试验结果表明 ,所提出的方法和系统为大面积物体 A novel method and system for 3D profile measurement were developed based on projection Moire with changing lights for phase shifting through real time computer control.and the measuring speed has been raised significantly.Because the structure of vertical projection and two CCDs incline imaging were employed, the reflection and shadow were eliminated, the light field gets more uniform, the measuring area reaches 350 mm×350 mm,and the measuring error is within 40μm. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method and system are suitable for big area 3D profile measurement with high speed.
