By means of the analysis on the producing background of virtual enterprise and the system of conventional modeling,this paper expounded the idea of object-oriented multi-dimensional flexible integration modeling of virtual enterprise.The environmental factors,being regarded as positive factors,were arranged into the key elements in the modeling of virtual enterprise.The method of man-computer-environment integrated modeling based on CFS(Core Functional Structure)was presented.
