摘要
对曲线孔加工技术的现状进行了分析评述。采用形状记忆功能合金材料和仿生技术研制出了曲线孔仿生电火花加工机器人的导向装置 ,采用该导向装置可加工出形状较为复杂的空间曲线孔。
An analytic review is carried out on the present situation of processing technique of curved hole.The guiding device of robot of bionics electric spark manufactured curved hole was developed by adopting shape memory functioned alloy material and bionics technology.The spatial curved hole in fairly complicated shape can be manufactured by applying this kind of guiding device. And a study has been carried out on the design and working principle of this guiding device in this paper.
