镐形截齿破煤截割力的计算及影响因素分析

Calculation and influence factor analysis on coal cutting force of pick

根据煤岩体的抗压强度 ,给出了镐形截齿破煤过程中截割力的计算公式。煤岩截割试验结果证明了截割力公式基本正确 ,在此基础上对破煤过程中镐形截齿截割力的影响因素进行了分析。

According to the compressive strength of coal rock mass, the paper provided the calculation formula of the pick cutting force during the coal cutting operation. The test result of the coal rock cutting showed that the formula is basically correct. Also the factors affected to the cutting force were analyzed.
