摘要
介绍了氰化钠溶液水解反应符合一级动力学规律 ,提出了除氰率与水解除氰的初始浓度大小无关。氰化物水解除氰影响因素的研究表明 ,水解温度影响最显著 ,反应时间次之 ,再就是二者的交互作用 ,pH值影响不显著。建立了除氰率与水解温度和反应时间的数学模型 。
It is presented that hydrolysis reaction of cyanide solution accords with the first level dynamics law and the hydrolysis rate is independent of the initial concentration of cyanide destruction by hydrolysis.Study on the influencing factors has shown that the hydrolysis temperature has the most remarkable effect,followed by the reaction time and the interaction between the two.The pH value has an indistinct effect.A mathematical model for the relationship of the hydrolysis rate to the hydrolysis temperature and the reaction time was established so as to provide a basis for realizing the optimized control of the cyanide destruction by hydrolysis.
