The relationship of the surface electric property of minerals to their flotability and the flotation technology for the comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from the cyanidation tailing slags of typical gold mines are described.The research and production practice of flotating copper from the cyanidation slag of Guangdong Hetai Gold Mine are summarized and the problems needing attention in cyanidation slag flotation pointed out.
