根据北氵名河铁矿基建资金财务管理的实践 ,阐述了健全财务制度、科学管理是用好用活有限基建资金的前提 ;财务人员兢兢业业、因时制宜 。
Based on the practice of the financial management of the capital construction fund of Beiminghe Iron Mine,it is expounded that financial system perfection and scientific management are the prerequisite for and the conscientious work of financial personnel and the working out of measures suiting to the time,the guaranttee of a good and flexible utilization of the limited fund of capital construction.
